Information collected and why
When you send a project inquiry, you provide contact details and information about the proposed flooring work. This may include your name, email address or phone number, project location, approximate area and project description.
This information is used to respond, discuss the work and manage the inquiry. Please provide only information relevant to the project. Do not submit payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Services that process inquiries
Cloudflare hosts this website. Our domain email is hosted through Chemihost/cPanel, and incoming messages to info@epoxyflooringclermont.com are forwarded to our business inquiry inbox. These providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver your message. The inquiry form is for contacting Epoxy Flooring Clermont about its installation services. It does not enroll you in marketing communications.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept for handling the request and related business records. If an inquiry becomes a project, information relevant to the work may form part of the project record. Applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect what can be deleted.
No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including information that is unnecessary for the inquiry. Contact us if you believe information has been submitted or used incorrectly.
Your choices and contact route
You can ask to correct contact or project details, or request deletion of inquiry information. Use the contact route above and provide enough information to identify the inquiry without sending sensitive documents unnecessarily. Any limits arising from applicable recordkeeping obligations will need to be considered when handling the request.
