Epoxy flooring for garages, homes and workplaces
Garage epoxy flooring
For parking, storage and workshop use, the priorities include slab condition, vehicle return, cleaning and the activities the floor must handle. Explain old coatings, stains and water entry before settling on a color. Explore garage epoxy flooring.
Residential interior epoxy flooring
For interior rooms, consider appearance under actual lighting, furniture movement, comfort and access while the home is occupied. The existing floor and adjoining surfaces affect the preparation and finished details. Explore residential epoxy flooring.
Commercial epoxy flooring
For businesses, the floor needs to fit customer and staff traffic, cleaning and reopening. Identify deliveries, fixtures and any routes that must remain available. A clear operational brief makes the proposal more useful. Explore commercial epoxy flooring.
Industrial epoxy flooring
For demanding workspaces, provide details of equipment, wheel traffic, chemicals and operating conditions. The system needs to suit the actual exposure. “Heavy duty” is a starting adjective, not a specification. Explore industrial epoxy flooring.
Metallic and flake epoxy: choose your finish
Metallic epoxy flooring
Metallic finishes create movement and visual depth. They suit projects where the floor is intended to be a feature and the owner understands that the pattern will vary. Sample approval should cover color, contrast and general movement. Explore metallic epoxy flooring.
Epoxy flake flooring
Flake adds a patterned decorative layer. Blend, coverage and the protective finish affect the result, while final texture needs a separate discussion about use and cleaning. Decorative flakes alone do not establish wet traction. Explore epoxy flake flooring.
Concrete preparation and coating layers shape the result
The visible finish is not the whole job. Existing coatings, contamination, cracks, joints and moisture conditions affect how the floor should be prepared and which system is suitable.
Two similar-looking floors may have different layers underneath. Ask what each proposed product does and how the layers are specified together. A finish chosen for a home interior should not automatically be assumed suitable for a busy workshop.
If the current floor is failing, the cause needs attention before a replacement is selected. Describe the problem in your inquiry, including when it started and whether it follows a particular traffic route or wet area. You do not need to diagnose it yourself.
Compare epoxy flooring costs and request a Clermont estimate
Compare proposals by included work, products, boundaries and return-to-use instructions. The cheapest total may cover less preparation or omit a detail you expected. Our epoxy flooring cost guide explains what to check.
Request an estimate with the project address, approximate area and intended use. If you have a finish in mind, include it. If you do not, the space and its demands are enough to begin.
